
Associate VP for Enrollment Search - St. Bonaventure University
St. Bonaventure, a Catholic university dedicated to educational excellence in the Franciscan tradition, is located on 500 beautiful acres 70 miles south of Buffalo in southwestern New York. SBU currently enrolls 1,960 undergraduates and 500 graduate students in its Schools of Arts and Sciences, Business, Education, Journalism and Mass Communication, and Franciscan Studies. A member of the President’s Cabinet, the AVP for Enrollment reports to the Vice President for University Relations and provides leadership in the areas of undergraduate and graduate enrollment and financial aid, as well as participating in the University’s strategic planning. The new AVP for Enrollment has the opportunity to lead a seasoned team of admissions and financial aid professionals during a time when St. Bonaventure is poised for transformative change in its academic offerings, student body profile, and graduate program enhancement.
The successful candidate has: at least ten years of successful, progressive experience in higher education administration, including leadership/supervisory roles, direct admission and financial aid experience; the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively; familiarity with enrollment-related technology; and experience in marketing and communications. An advanced degree is required, with a doctorate preferred.
