BGU is pleased to launch its Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership degree. This accredited degree program consists of four specializations all of which are designed to equip today’s leader to apply innovative Christ-centered leadership in the changing dynamics of today’s world:
- Global Pastoral Leadership
- Global Urban Leadership
- Global Organizational Leadership
- Customized Mentored Leadership.
The MATL 36-credit degree continues BGU’s tradition in scholar/practitioner studies, integrating theory, research, and on-the-job application as core competencies.
All options share 12 credits of foundational courses in:
- Transformational Leadership
- Theology of Work
- Personal Assessment
- Urban/International Immersion
The Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership aims at enriching BGU’s offering to you, our constituents, while broadening our reach to those of you who desire more flexibility in your degree.
