We are always happy to share personal stories of our students. BGU students were exceptional already before they started their studies at Bakke Graduate University. They have something in common: they diligently build Christ’s Kingdom on the Earth and serve as His stewards in communities where support is needed. These amazing God-sent people are eager to learn and develop their leadership skills while deepen their love and faith in the Lord.
Let us present you three exceptional stories of our DTL alumni. Dr. Justin Beene is a young leader serving in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he established and leads the Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation. We already published more interviews with him, please read here a current one. Justin’ story presents how his research on community transformation led him to his mission.
Former candidate for the President of Zimbabwe and BGU DTL alumn Dr. Noah Manyika was interviewed by German-based radio station Deutsche Welle. Please listen to his story and testimony here.
Dr. Marlene Hines serves as a Librarian Curator for the Society of Christian Scholars (SCS). She lives in Jamaica, and currently an interview was published with her in the SCS newsletter. Read here her story.
