An Inquiry For a Functional Model of Next Generation Leadership Empowerment and Sussession Planning for the Philippine  Council of Evangelical Churches

This study seeks to answer the question, - What is an appropriate model of next generation leadership empowerment and leadership succession for the member bodies of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches Today? The study analyzes the context of the ministry of the council, the body of literature on the topic and the theological and biblical foundations from the Gospel of Luke in the quest for a working model to initiate discussion and prayer among the greater membership of the council. The study engages the participation of respondents selected from two member bodies of the council and the core staff of the council, which represent the cross section of the mid-sized denominations of the council.
