The Role of New Hope Family Worship Center in East New York

While some facts are available that deals with the value of local churches in specific communities, knowledge about the value and impact of New Hope Family Worship Center on the residents of the East New York community was not available until now.
East New York is a inner city community. The problems are real and many families would love to leave the community if they could afford it. It is in this traditional inner city area that New Hope Family Worship Center has been established and serves the community. The church touches the residents with the message of hope found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Through surveys, this study explores the role of New Hope Family Worship Center in East New York and the effect of the ministry of the church’s ministry on the residents. The results will provide evidence that the church is having a life changing effect on residents; that is people are discovering purpose and value in living.
