About Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program
For mid-level organizational leaders with executive potential who want to make a positive difference in the world by applying advanced business knowledge to current realities, developing cross cultural skills, and embarking on a life long journey of personal transformation to integrating faith and work.
The BGU DNA is stewardship of people, places, profit, and the planet. Our business program is designed to create a holistic approach to this process. Each class, and every interaction, guides students to understand how to frame their work and faith through this lens of stewardship. Students learn how to develop entrepreneurial leadership styles modeled after the principles in Dennis Bakke's book "Joy at Work". As part of their MBA experience students are encouraged to travel to countries where business practice and culture are different from their own to experience first-hand the application of these skills sets and principles in real life cultural contexts. Students can select from four concentrations: social transformation; entrepreneurship; project management; and personal leadership development, or decide to fulfill elective requirements by choosing from any of the courses offered.
All four BGU programs engage the Unique Niche Areas of expertise in the BGU network of students, alumni, and faculty.
