Professional Experience: Nita is a Third Culture Kid who grew up in Iran, Morocco, Germany, and India. She currently lives with her husband in the suburbs of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and they have two adult daughters. Nita's passion has been to see people develop a deeper relationship with God since the age of 16. She has worked for IVCF Canada, worked with youth and young adults in church, trained as a spiritual director, been a pastor with a wide portfolio, and currently supports people through spiritual direction. Nita have been a spiritual director since 2006 and became the Director of Spiritual Formation at BGU in 2018. Her Doctorate in Transformational Leadership is from BGU with a focus on helping entry-level managers experience God’s presence at work. She loves reading and learning, and also finds herself collecting wonderful books which may or may not get read.
